Working in the AI Visibility Dashboard

📘 This article provides an overview of accessing content in the AI Visibility dashboard, part of Botify's Analytics Suite, available as an option with all Botify plans.

Overview

Go to Analytics > AI Visibility to access the AI Visibility dashboard:

Use the filters and period selector at the top of the page to refine the report based on your priorities:

When filters are applied, the number of answers represented in the filtered data is shown:

AI Visibility report filters

Report filters for all AI Visibility report sections, except for Campaigns, are grouped into two categories: your brand's visibility in AI responses and answer properties.

👉 Applied filters persist across report sections.

Your brand filters

With brand filters, you can choose to view reports where you have visibility by any of the following properties, or where you do not have visibility.

  • Your brand in answer: Whether your brand name appeared in the AI response. An answer is the unique combination of prompt plus the platform and country in which the prompt was run.

  • Your brand in prompt: Whether your brand name appeared in the prompt sent to LLMs.

  • Your domain in answer: Whether your domain was mentioned in the AI response.

  • Your product cited: Whether the AI response included a link to your product domains/URLs.

Answer property filters

  • Brand: Select individual or multiple brands.

  • Campaign: Select individual or multiple campaigns.

  • Country: The country or countries in which the queries were submitted to an AI platform.

About AI Visibility report comparisons

Throughout the AI Visibility dashboard, you will see change indicators displayed as percentages or percentage points. These compare the change since the previous period. In the following example, the selected period is “Last 28 days”, so the change in citation rate is a .88% increase in the last 28 days compared to the 28 days prior:

Navigating the AI Visibility dashboard

Use the left-hand menu to go to AI Visibility report sections:

Exporting AI Visibility reports

You can export reports of the current period from the following AI Visibility sections to a CSV file:

To export data:

  1. Click CSV export at the top of the page.

  2. Click Export in the confirmation dialog. The report is exported in Gzip format.

Data included in exports

With the exception of selected columns, your display options are respected in the export file, including the current period, applied filters, and sort order. All columns are included in exports, even if they are not selected for display in the report.

👀 While the Brands and Citations sections show the change from the previous period, this is excluded from exports; only the current period is included in exports.
