Overview
The AI Visibility Overview Report provides an overview of your brandās visibility in AI search. This provides directional insight into how AI platforms represent your brand. Because generative AI answers can change over time, and platforms do not provide query volume, results should be interpreted as visibility signals, not exhaustive market-share reporting.
The following metrics are included in the Overview report:
KPIs
Mention rate: The percentage of AI responses that mention your brand during the selected period.
Share of Voice: The percentage of AI responses that mention your brand or content during the selected period in comparison to the competitors you have named in the Brands section.
Citation rate: The average number of links to your brand in AI responses.
Avg. Citation Rank: Your ranking based on the number of responses to queries that link to your domain vs. the number of responses to queries that include a link to your domain or other domains.
How does your presence compare?
This table shows your share of presence in AI answers compared to your selected competitors, grouped into categories of the percentage of AI answers where you and your competitors show up:
Exclusive mention: Only your brand showed up.
Direct competition: You and one competitor showed up.
Crowded mentions: You and two or more competitors showed up.
Competition only: Your brand was not mentioned; only your competitors showed up.
No mention: No brands were mentioned.
How are mentions evolving?
This chart shows the change in your brand mentions in AI responses over the selected period, helping you see how your visibility fluctuates over time.
What's your share of voice?
This is your brandās share of voice, as represented by brand mentions in AI answers compared to your chosen competitors.
How is your share of voice evolving?
This chart demonstrates your Share of Voice over time compared to your chosen competitors.
Which of your URLs drive the most citations?
These are the URLs that were cited most often in AI answers during the selected period, both yours and your chosen competitors.

Sentiment analysis
These metrics represent sentiment based on sentiment analysis of AI responses when your brand is mentioned: positive, neutral, and negative. The sentiment score is calculated by an LLM and is aggregated across all AI platforms to provide the most representative analysis.
