Working in the AI Visibility Dashboard

๐Ÿ“˜ This article provides an overview of accessing content in the AI Visibility dashboard, part of Botify's Analytics Suite, available as an option with all Botify plans.

Overview

Go to Analytics > AI Visibility to access the AI Visibility dashboard:

Use the filters and period selector at the top of the page to refine the report based on your priorities:

When filters are applied, the number of answers represented in the filtered data is shown:

The following filters are available in all AI Visibility report sections, except for Campaigns:

  • Brand: Select individual or multiple brands.

  • Branded: Whether the AI responses include branded or non-branded keywords.

  • Campaigns: Select individual or multiple campaigns.

  • Citations: Whether the AI responses include links to your brand or domain.

  • Country: The country or countries in which the queries were submitted to an AI platform.

  • Intent: One or more user intents in AI responses, as determined by an LLM (i.e., transactional, commercial, informational).

  • Platform: Select one or more AI platforms.

  • Sentiment: One or more user sentiments in AI responses, as determined by an LLM (i.e., positive, neutral, negative).

  • Topic: Select one or more prompt categories.

  • Visible: Whether the page appeared in AI responses during the selected period.

About AI Visibility report comparisons

Throughout the AI Visibility dashboard, you will see change indicators displayed as percentages or percentage points. These compare the change since the previous period. In the following example, the selected period is โ€œLast 7 daysโ€, so the change in share of voice is a 4% increase in the last seven days compared to the seven days prior:
