Testing the AgenticCatalog Enrichment

📘 This article explains how to test the AgenticCatalog enrichment on a sample feed. AgenticCatalog is part of Botify's Activation Suite, available as an option with all Botify plans.

Overview

AgenticCatalog enriches product details with content discovered during Botify crawls to enhance product listings and boost visibility. This includes adding structured data for Q&A and product reviews, plus new attributes derived from product page details. Each enrichment appears with an Enrichment Details block that explains why AgenticCatalog recommends the content, so you can evaluate its value before including it in your feed.

Creating a test enrichment

After creating the feed source in AgenticCatalog, you can test the enrichment feature with a sample feed.

  1. On the AgenticCatalog landing page, click the title for the feed source you created.

  2. Click Edit.
    ​

  3. In the "Source feed" section, click the File tab, then upload a sample feed file.

    1. File format: .csv, .tsv, .xml, .txt, .gz, .zip, .bzip2

    2. Allowed delimiters: ",", ":", "|"

    3. Maximum file size: 32MB

  4. After the sample file upload completes, a new Enrichment testing section displays at the bottom of the feed source page. Click Test the enrichment to begin enriching the products contained in the sample file.

From here you can view the sample feed in the destination-compliant format and get details on which attributes were enriched:
