Exploring AgenticCatalog Feeds

📘 This article explains where to view the product feeds managed in AgenticCatalog. AgenticCatalog is part of Botify's Activation Suite, available as an option with all Botify plans.

Overview

After creating and configuring an AgenticCatalog feed source, you can view the current and historic feeds within the feed source. Access the feed source as explained in the AgenticCatalog Overview.

Viewing the current feed

After Botify ingests your feed, you can view the feed that will be pushed to your configured destinations, including enrichments.

To view the current feed:

  1. Click an AgenticCatalog feed source tile to open it.

  2. In the Destinations section, click the “View” button next to the destination. The feed details display.

  3. Apply the “Enriched products” filter to view only enriched products in the feed.

  4. Click a row to see all attributes, including enriched attributes. The enriched attributes are identified in the left column by the “Optimized” label, and the details are shown on the right in the Enrichment details box.

  5. Click Download enrichment report to get a CSV file of all enrichments made to the feed.

Viewing feed history

For each compliant feed generated and pushed to a platform, AgenticCatalog creates a new feed version; this version number does not correspond to the feed source settings version.

Click the Logs button in the Source Feed section to access the full feed history:

The following is included in the feed history:

  • Feed version number

  • Status label

  • Number of products in the feed

  • Date and time when ingestion completed.

  • Link to the original feed Botify ingested from the source defined in the feed source settings.

ℹ️ When a Botify admin manually pulls a feed, their user name appears next to the date. Otherwise, "Cron" indicates the feed was pulled by the scheduled event.

Feed history status

The feed history can have any of the following status types:

  • Uploaded: Botify has uploaded the feed from the source, but ingestion is not complete.

  • Normalized: Botify successfully ingested the feed.

  • Enriched: Botify has ingested and enriched all product attributes based on your attribute rule settings.

Viewing delivered feeds

Every feed version is added to the Destinations section after AgenticCatalog pushes the compliant feed to a platform. Click the Logs button to view a destination’s delivery history:

Delivery history status

The delivery history can have any of the following status types:

  • Scheduled: The version is scheduled to be pushed to the platform on the date and time shown.

  • Delivered: Botify successfully pushed the version to the platform.

  • Failed: Botify attempted to push the version to the platform, but the platform ingestion was unsuccessful.

To view delivered feeds, including enriched product attributes:

  1. Click the platform view button in the version row:

  2. Follow the guidance outlined in Viewing the current feed for exploring the delivered feed details.

Identifying errors in feeds

When viewing a feed:

  1. Apply the “With errors” filter to find the issues to validate before AgenticCatalog submits the feed to OpenAI.

  2. Click a product row to view details. The validation errors are shown at the top of the page, including the attribute names and their expected values:

Exporting feeds

To export AgenticCatalog feeds from one of the original or enriched views, click Download feed to export the full feed:

To export only a subset of the feed, such as enriched products or those with errors, apply the corresponding filter and then click Download feed:

Alternatively, download a portion of the feed’s current version in your preferred format from the Source page:
