Modifying Custom Tables

📘 This article describes how to modify custom tables for custom reports in Botify. The CustomReports capability is available with all plans.

Overview

Custom tables are accessible by navigating to CustomReports > Manage Custom Tables. You can do the following with custom tables:

Editing Custom Tables

To change the details of a custom table:

  1. Select one of the following options on the custom table tile to open the corresponding step in the custom table wizard:

    • Edit Table Name

    • Edit Fields Groups

    • Edit Metrics

  2. Make the desired changes, and then click Save Table.

Exporting Custom Tables

You can export custom tables to CSV files. To export a table, expand the three-dot menu at the top of the custom table tile, then select Export CSV. The export starts immediately.

Deleting Custom Tables

To delete a custom table:

  1. Expand the three-dot menu at the top of the custom table tile, and then select Delete.

  2. In the warning pop-up, click Yes, Delete Table. The custom table is deleted and is no longer available in custom reports.
