Working with PageWorkers Reports

Updated over 5 months ago

📘 This article explains how to access and use PageWorkers reports. PageWorkers is part of Botify's Activation Suite, available as an option with all Botify plans.

Overview

PageWorkers integrates RealKeywords data to show keyword performance across the pages defined in your Page Editor optimization scope. PageWorkers reports are an overview of these pages' keyword performance over the selected period. The reports do not provide individual page performance.

PageWorkers reporting is not currently available for Replace URLs, Remove URLs, and Nofollow URLs optimizations.

Accessing PageWorkers Reporting

To access PageWorkers reporting:

  1. Navigate to PageWorkers > Overview.

Understanding PageWorkers Reports

PageWorkers optimization reports include the following elements, which are updated daily from your Google Search Console data:

Cumulative KPIs

Cumulative KPIs for the selected period are displayed at the top of the Reporting page:

  • Duration: The number of days since the optimization’s first deployment. If updates were made to the optimization, the duration is not reset.

  • Clicks: The total number of clicks from Google search engine results pages to pages within the optimization’s scope for the current period. All devices, countries, and keywords are included in this metric.

  • Impressions: The total number of impressions from Google search engine results pages to pages within the optimization’s scope for the current period. All devices, countries, and keywords are included in this metric.

  • CTR: The total click-through rate (CTR) of pages within the optimization’s scope for the current period. All devices, countries, and keywords are included in this metric.

Performance Charts

Individual charts for daily or weekly performance provide the following data for all pages within the optimization's defined scope:

  • CTR: The total click-through rate (CTR) of pages within the optimization’s scope for the current period.

  • Avg. Position: The average keyword ranking of these URLs on a search results page.

  • Unique URLs: The number of unique URLs that received at least one impression on a given day.

  • Unique Keywords: The number of unique keywords for which a link to your site appeared in Google search results.

PageWorkers reports reflect the scope currently identified in the optimization settings, not the original scope if the optimization has been edited.

Use the selector at the top of the page to display daily data or data aggregated by week:

The Impressions, CTR, and Avg. Position charts include data for two weeks before the optimization was deployed to better display the impact of the optimization over time. Hover over chart dates to see the average or totals for the corresponding day or week.

PageWorkers charts include the full datasets, unlike RealKeywords charts, which you can filter by device type, country, and branded vs. non-branded keywords.
