Resolution

Invalid credentials

The credentials provided are for a method other than Adobe server-to-server authentication.

Configure the integration using Adobe OAuth server-to-server authentication credentials.

Missing data source

This is an error on Botify's side.

Unable to retrieve Adobe metrics

Botify may not have permissions to access the fields you selected when configuring the integration.

  1. Confirm you provided the necessary permission for all fields.

  2. If you had not provided the necessary permission, update it in Adobe and try connecting the integration again. If you had already provided permission, send Support screenshots of your Adobe field permissions.

Bad conversion settings

This may occur after changing from another analytics provider previously connected to your Botify project, or from an unknown error on the Botify side.
