We are currently developing a solution to automate repeatable organic search tasks, starting with structured data audits and FAQ generation. This transforms Botify insights into high-impact execution, enabling you to scale delivery and potentially save several hours monthly.

Two AI-driven workflow templates are available in the tech preview. These are built on your site data collected during Botify crawls:

This workflow automates FAQ content generation for product detail pages (PDPs) based on crawled pages' HTML.

Scoped to e-commerce sites whose segmentation includes a product page type.

Botify configures tone of voice and additional instructions, validates outputs on a sample set, then runs the full batch.

An LLM generates question-and-answer pairs per page, up to a configurable maximum (fewer Q&amp;As may be generated for pages with limited content).

Outputs are exportable and can soon be integrated into PageWorkers.

Run limit: Up to 500 URLs per run (this number will increase in the near future).

This workflow audits structured data across your website. Open to a broad range of site types, not just e-commerce.

Retrieves site segmentations and uses an LLM to group them into SEO-relevant page types.

For each URL: an LLM recommends appropriate structured data types, extracts existing structured data (JSON-LD only), and optionally retrieves Google URL Inspection data.

Compiles results into an LLM-generated report, delivered to you as a PDF.

Botify Workflows is currently in a Tech Preview phase. The Tech Preview lets you try AI-powered workflows on your own data with assistance from your Botify team. The Tech Preview lets us validate usage and collect feedback before we generally release the feature. Participating in the Tech Preview gives you faster access to AI-driven organic search automation, concrete outputs you can action now, and a chance to shape the product before it's finalized.

During this period, Botify's internal team configures and runs workflows; you will receive outputs rather than direct platform access. Both templates run with standard configurations only. Custom output formats, business logic, and integrations beyond the standard template are not available during this period.

Participation eligibility and requirements
