Overview
Botify Assist uses a large language model (LLM) provided by OpenAI, accessed through the OpenAI API. The current model (GPT-4) is fully hosted, operated, and maintained by OpenAI. Botify does not host or train its own foundation models.

Botify does not use any customer data to train AI models.
OpenAI's API/business services do not use API data to train OpenAI models.
